15 Killed, 10 Injured in Chiromawa Road Accident

A devastating road accident occurred on Thursday in Chiromawa Village, located in the Garun Mallam Local Government Area of Kano State, resulting in the death of 15 individuals and injuries to 10 others.
The incident came to light through a post by security expert Zagazola Makama on Friday. Drawing from intelligence sources, Makama reported that the crash happened at approximately 3:20 p.m. and involved a white Toyota Liteace bus, registered as NSR 188 KP, which was transporting 25 passengers at the time.
The bus collided with a blue Daf trailer, registration number KMC 158 XW, which had been parked along the roadside.
According to the report, the tragic accident occurred when the bus driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the stationary trailer, causing a high number of casualties.
Emergency responders promptly arrived at the accident scene and rushed the victims to Kura General Hospital. Unfortunately, the bus driver and 14 of the passengers were declared dead upon arrival.
The remaining 10 passengers sustained varying degrees of injuries and are currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.
As of the time of this report, there has been no official statement from the authorities regarding the incident.
