Delivery guy crushed by a Toyota Camry

A tragic accident occurred on Tuesday evening on the Lagos-Badagry Expressway, involving a delivery guy.
This incident resulted to the loss of one life and injuries sustained by two others.
The unfortunate collision took place at the Age-Mowo axis of the expressway, precisely at 8.50pm.
The parties involved were a Toyota Camry car and a delivery guy on his motorcycle.
The Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Badagry Unit. Mr. Manga, in his capacity as an authority on road safety.
He urged all motorists who frequently traverse the Agbara-Badagry expressway to exercise caution and remain vigilant.
It is important to note that this particular stretch of the expressway is currently operating with a single lane which necessitates heightened awareness and adherence to traffic regulations.
“The accident involved a Toyota Camry car with registration number FST 81 FN and a private Bajaj motorcycle.
“Our personnel got to the scene of the accident at exactly 9.00pm.; three persons were involved in the accident.
“The motorcyclist died instantly while two others in the Camry car sustained injury.
“Two of the victims were immediately rushed to General Hospital in Badagry for treatment.
While the corpse of the motorcycle rider was deposited in the hospital’s mortuary,” he said.
In light of this unfortunate incident, Mr. Manga has taken the opportunity to remind all motorists of the importance of adhering to speed limits and conducting routine vehicle checks.
