FRSC Vows Action as Female Motorist Assaults Officer

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has launched an investigation and called for legal action against a female motorist caught on video physically assaulting an officer during his duty.

The viral 1:25-minute video shows the woman punching the officer after being arrested for a seatbelt violation and taken to the FRSC office.

As other officials urged the officer to remain calm, a senior FRSC official confronted the motorist, instructing staff to deflate her vehicle’s tires.

The FRSC has reiterated its zero-tolerance policy for assaults on personnel, warning the public against such acts.
